Francesca DeFranchis

Francesca DeFranchis, Owner of FS Event Staffing comes from Rome, Italy, where she earned a master’s in Marketing and Fashion from the Italian Fashion and Design Institute. Since moving to New York in 2000, she has consistently carved out her unique career by pursuing her passions and interests. Whether coordinating significant events, producing videos, or fundraising for a humanitarian effort, it is always connected to one of her endeavors – Food, Fashion, Arts, Culture, and Animal Rights.

The “following bliss” strategy has led her to many wide-ranging experiences. As a food enthusiast, and especially as an ambassador of her beloved Italian cuisine, she has worked with and for icons of the food world. These icons include New York’s Cipriani and Barilla, Campari, Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto San Daniele, Grana Padano, and collaborations with celebrity chefs such as Maneet Chauhan, Denis Franceschini, and Heinz Beck.

Her career in the event business started in 2006 with the Cipriani group. Since then, her passion has allowed her to master all aspects of customer service in the hospitality industry. In 2020, she founded FS Event Staffing.

We have a rigorous recruitment and training process to ensure our staff meets the highest standards of professionalism and quality. Our team members are carefully selected based on their experience, skills, and dedication to customer service. We also provide ongoing training to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

How far in advance should I book event staff?

To ensure we can accommodate your staffing needs, we recommend booking as early as possible. Ideally, you should contact us at least 4-6 weeks before your event. However, we understand that sometimes last-minute requests are necessary, and we will do our best to accommodate them whenever possible.

Can you provide staff for events outside of New York City?

While we are based in New York City, we also provide staffing for events in New Jersey and Connecticut. Please contact us to discuss the details of your event, and we will work with you to find the best solution for your staffing needs.
