We have a rigorous recruitment and training process to ensure our staff meets the highest standards of professionalism and quality. Our team members are carefully selected based on their experience, skills, and dedication to customer service. We also provide ongoing training to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
To ensure we can accommodate your staffing needs, we recommend booking as early as possible. Ideally, you should contact us at least 4-6 weeks before your event. However, we understand that sometimes last-minute requests are necessary, and we will do our best to accommodate them whenever possible.

When you meet Ailin Montesino, the first thing you notice is her smile — warm, genuine, and ready to welcome guests with grace. But behind that smile is four years of hard work, personal growth, and a passion for learning that sets her apart.
Ailin joined FS Event Staffing as a shy high schooler, starting out as a server (and yes, she’ll be the first to tell you she dropped a few plates early on!). Over time, her confidence grew, and so did her role. Today, she’s one of our go-to greeters — calm under pressure, great with guests, and always representing FS with professionalism and warmth.
She’s now an incoming junior studying Finance, with her sights set on a Master’s degree and a future in real estate and investing. Ailin is the type of person who loves budgeting and lights up when she talks about her goals. She’s focused, motivated, and always eager to learn — whether it’s from a textbook or an unexpected challenge at an event.
Ailin’s passions go beyond spreadsheets and service trays. She’s a fan of fashion, travel, and discovering new cultures, and she’s even learning Italian in her spare time. Her curiosity and openness make her not just a great team member — but also a joy to be around.
