Team Member Spotlight: Alejandro Vasquez on Positivity, Custom Cocktails, and Growing with FS Event Staffing
If you’ve worked an event with Alejandro Vasquez, you’ve probably noticed two things right away: his upbeat energy—and his ability to keep things cool behind the bar, no matter how busy it gets.
Since joining FS Event Staffing in 2023, Alejandro has become one of our most dependable and versatile team members. His very first shift? A double-header. After finishing his scheduled event, he jumped in to help at a second location that same day. “The manager even packed me food so I’d be ready,” he remembers. “That small gesture meant a lot. It showed me this team really cares.”

Alejandro says his experience at FS has helped him grow in both confidence and creativity:
“Every event is different, and I’ve learned how to solve problems on the spot and communicate clearly. I’ve also gotten better at crafting custom cocktails. Guests always ask for something unique, and I love the challenge.”
Outside of work, he’s improving his English fluency and exploring leadership opportunities in hospitality.
“I want to keep challenging myself, take on more responsibility, and show up with energy and positivity every shift.”
And when the playlist is right?
“Put on a 2000s playlist and I’m in! I’m weirdly good at remembering lyrics.”
