FS Event Staffing is currently seeking a polished, organized Receptionist & Facilities Assistant to support a corporate office in Midtown Manhattan. If you thrive at the front desk, take pride in a well-run office, and bring a warm, professional presence — we'd love to hear from you.
Location: Penn 1 – Floor 39, New York, NY
Start Date: May 25, 2026
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Hours: 6 hours per day
Contract: 2-month initial assignment, with potential extension up to 1 year
Compensation: $30–$32 per hour
Manage daily front desk operations and greet visitors professionally
Answer and direct incoming calls
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
Maintain office supplies and ensure common areas are organized and stocked
Support meeting room setup and office events
Assist with vendor coordination and office operations
Help maintain a welcoming and professional office environment
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Candidates without a degree are encouraged to apply if they can demonstrate relevant experience in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Workspace required
Comfortable using office systems, email platforms, and administrative tools
Fluent English required; French is a plus but not mandatory
Professional, friendly, and proactive attitude
